    1. Eura7 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krakow ("Eura7", "Company") attaches particular importance to the privacy of users of the eura7.com website ("Website"). If you use the Website, the Privacy Policy is addressed to you.
    2. In the Privacy Policy you will find information on how we use the personal data provided by you, how we protect them and what your rights and obligations are.
  2. Who collects my personal data?
    1. The administrator of your personal data is Eura7 Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Kraków (os. II Pułku Lotniczego 47A, 31-870 Kraków).

  3. How is my personal data collected?
    1. When you visit the eura7.com website, IT data concerning your visit is collected automatically, in particular:
      1. your IP address,
      2. the type of operating system,
      3. the type of browser.
      A visit to our Website does not require you to provide any other information or personal data.
    2. Other data is collected voluntarily by other means, e.g. telephone, fax, e-mail, newsletter subscription form, only if you wish to provide us with such data, e.g. for the purpose of receiving an offer or newsletter subscription. You can use these means to provide us with your personal data, such as:
      1. your name and surname,
      2. e-mail address,
      3. telephone number,
      4. the address of residence.
    3. Your personal data is also collected when you send us your job application by sending us your CV file.
    4. In summary, we may collect and further process your personal data only for the purposes of:
      1. responding to your inquiries (if you have called or written to us asking for an offer and/or asked us to prepare an offer);
      2. marketing our own products (if you are our customer, we may process your data for marketing purposes in the so-called legally justified interest, on the same basis we use remarketing tools based on cookies, otherwise our marketing activity is based on your consent);
      3. sending a newsletter - if you have given your consent;
      4. recruitment - if you sent us your application.
  4. What is the data collection process for subscribing to the newsletter?
    1. If you subscribe to the newsletter and agree to receive it, we only ask you to provide your name and e-mail address to which the information will be sent.
    2. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of each newsletter.
    3. We use our own CMSnewsletter program to download information about what content you read from the newsletters we send you and which are not of interest to you. Your personal data collected in this way is not passed on to other entities, except for the companies leasing our servers for the above purposes.
  5. How is personal data collected automatically? What are cookies?
    1. As we have already mentioned, during your visit to our Website we automatically collect some of your data. This data is collected by so-called cookies („cookies”).
    2. Cookies are files that are sent to your computer or other device when you visit the Website.
    3. Cookies allow us to remember and check your preferences. This allows us to, among other things, improve your search results and ensure that the information you get is accurate.
    4. Cookies do not make any modifications or changes to the settings of the device or software that is installed on your device.
    5. Please note that you have the right to refuse the use of our cookies.

  6. What other technologies do we use to track the activities on the website?
    1. Google Analytics - analysis of website statistics
      1. Google Analytics uses "cookies" technology to help analyze the sources of traffic and how visitors use the Website.
      2. Google collects the data obtained from placing cookies on users’ devices on its own servers and uses this information to create reports and provide other services related to Internet traffic and use.
      3. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
      4. This data is only material for statistical analysis and error correction mechanisms, so the data from cookies is not in any way combined with other data you provide to us.
    2. Google Ads (cookies)
      1. Google Ads uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your device, to remember which web pages were visited from your device.
      2. Google collects the data gleaned from cookies on its own servers and uses this information to display ads on other pages you visit.
      3. We, as advertisers using Google services, do not have access to the data from the cookies stored on your device, but we may outsource advertising to recipients of our choice, for example, to all persons who have visited our website within the last 7 days.
      4. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf.
      5. For us, this data is only statistical material and we only order advertising on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups and not to specific users), so the data from cookies is not combined with other data you provide to us.
    3. Facebook conversion pixel
      1. Our website uses a Facebook conversion pixel to manage Facebook and Instagram advertising and remarketing activities.
      2. We only receive statistical data from Facebook without reference to specific individuals. In this way, we may check the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising for statistical and market research purposes.       3. A Facebook pixel is designed to track the visits and behavior of users who navigate the Website. In this way, it is possible to direct advertisements to those who have been on the Website (remarketing) or on individual subpages of the Website.
      4. This data is only statistical analysis material and we only order advertising on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups and not to specific users), so the data from the Facebook pixel is not in any way combined with other data you provide to us.
  7. For what purposes is personal data, not derived from Cookies, used? Are they passed on to someone?
    1. The personal data you provide us with, is used for the following:
      1. marketing activities,
      2. accepting your concerns and enquiries,
      3. recruiting, if this was the purpose for which you provided us with your data.
    2. If the execution of the above activities requires access to your data by other entities it can only be processed with our knowledge and consent, on the basis of a contract, and only by those who ensure that your data will be properly protected and processed in accordance with the law. This means that your personal data is transferred to:
      1. the host provider, which maintains our website on its servers,
      2. to an IT company which maintains a backup site,
      3. to a company that supports the CRM system we use in the SAAS model,
      4. Google to archive data in the G Suite service,
      5. to HR agencies, if they are commissioned to conduct a given recruitment process.
    3. However, if you are a resident of the European Union, we do not pass on any of your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
    4. If you consent to our use of your personal data to receive commercial information, such as a newsletter, your data will be collected and used for marketing purposes, i.e. to send you marketing information.
    5. If you are not our customer and you have not agreed to receive marketing information from us via e-mail, SMS or telephone, then your personal data you provide us with directly, (e.g. via our employee or consultant or the hotline), may only be used by us for the purpose of contacting you and providing you with the necessary assistance and for the purpose of the agreement concluded between us and you or your company.
    6. If you are our customer, for a so-called legitimate purpose, we may contact you to promote our own products. However, if you do not wish to be contacted by telephone or e-mail, we may only send you written materials by traditional mail.
  8. Do I have access to my personal data? Can I revoke my previously given consent to receive commercial information?
    1. Remember that you are entitled to access your personal data at any time. You can receive a copy of your personal data free of charge.
    2. You can also obtain information from us about your personal data at any time, concerning:
      1. the purpose of processing your data,
      2. the kind of data we process,
      3. to whom we pass your data,
      4. how long we plan to keep your data,
    3. You are entitled to the right of:
      1. correcting your data,
      2. deleting or limiting your data if we no longer need it for the purposes for which you gave it to us, or if you withdraw your consent to its processing or you object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
    4. You can revoke your consent to receive commercial information by e-mail and / or consent to telephone marketing at any time. You can withdraw your consent by email to [email protected]. In the footer of every message we send in our newsletter there is also a deactivating link with which you can unsubscribe from the mailing list.
    5. You may also object completely to the processing of your data for marketing purposes.
  9. Is my personal data protected?
    1. Your data is protected by us, through the use of organizational and technical measures necessary and appropriate to prevent the risk of violation of your rights or freedoms.
    2. In particular, we protect your personal data against unauthorized disclosure and against damage or loss.
    3. Data transmission security is ensured by the use of SSL (Secure Socket Layer v3) transmission protocol. SSL consists of encoding data before it is sent from your browser and decoding it after it has safely reached the server operating the Website.
  10. Final provisions.
    1. The principles set out in the Privacy Policy are governed by Polish law.
    2. You may always file a complaint against our conduct of your personal data. The complaint shall be submitted to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection.
    3. This Privacy Policy comes into force on 25.05.2018.
